These terms govern your use of the TEQnalogix club-management service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
TEQnalogix provides web and mobile tools for managing sports clubs: teams, players, coaches, scheduling, communications, payments, and an AI assistant. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be authorized to manage the club you register and be old enough to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to enter the data you upload (including data about players, parents, and coaches) and to obtain any consents required by law. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate anyone's rights or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions & payments
The service may be offered on a free trial and paid plans. Fees, plan limits, and billing cycles are shown in the app. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Tranzila). Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. AI assistant (“Maya”)
The assistant produces suggestions and drafts to help you work faster. Every action that changes data or sends a message requires your explicit approval. AI output may be inaccurate and is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing it before acting.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may suspend the service where necessary.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
