TEQnalogix is committed to making its service usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in every country where we operate.
1. Standard we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognized standard that underpins accessibility laws in many countries, including the EU European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549, the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508, and the Israeli standard IS 5568. As an international service we apply this single high standard everywhere.
2. Measures we take
The app supports keyboard navigation, readable color contrast, right-to-left (RTL) layout for Hebrew and Arabic, resizable text, and labels for interactive elements. We test with modern browsers and assistive technologies.
3. Known limitations
Some complex screens and third-party components (for example the payment provider) may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address these and welcome your feedback.
